The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim is a game released on November 11, 2011, and developed by Bethesda Game Studios. It uses 3D graphics to make everything seems more realistic. The main reason I chose this game was that it's an all-time classic for me. I've played this game since I was a kid and it's still an amazing game as it always has been and is still going strong with its graphics. Skyrim was ahead of its time with graphics and set a course for amazing gaming graphics. They use motion capture to do the kill cam so when you get the finishing blow it looks even more realistic.

The way 3D designing has changed is Motion Capture. Motion capture is capturing the movements of people doing real-life actions and then using those actions to move the 3D models. Doing this makes it so the models aren't doing actions that had to be produced by the animator, editor, etc, but instead doing actual actions that humans can physically do in the real world. It adds that extra touch of realism to the whole game with the characters doing something that you know is possible for you to do. It has changed a lot because they don't need to do nearly as much designing and experimenting with the 3D characters/models.

3D design is able to make fake worlds look realistic and in some cases even better than real life. From only a couple of pixels to the feeling of walking in a real world with your two own eyes. Being able to make a 3D character that looks realistic with all those small but important details like facial hair or that small color differences between green(or any other color). Now you're able to run around an open world with a character that you put time into to do whatever you want.

One thing that I was very happy about was that one of the programs that they use is Blender. They use it for animation, modeling, etc. This makes me happy because they're using a program that I use. This means that I could actually do what they do and I would just love that. Some other stuff they do is draw sketches of some stuff they would want in-game, have daily meetings to see how things are going, and try to communicate on what they want and not hold back when something is bugging them.

I would honestly love to work in this 3D design environment because working with fantasy and being able to create this whole world that so many love, and that so many will play over and over again with a new experience each time. I could definitely see myself working on making a game like this or any other I like with these amazing people who dedicate so much to this(especially Todd Howard).  What I especially love about this is you get to create a game and then enjoy it yourself and see all the hard work you and your co-workers made together.
